Peaceful Sleep Aromatherapy Blend

A beautiful blend of pure essential oils specifically designed to promote relaxation and sleep.

The way I’ve blended these essential oils is to maximise their sedative properties.

Peaceful Sleep is suitable for the entire family! 

Directions: Simply add 4-6 drops (2-4 for babies and young children) of Peaceful Sleep into your diffuser 20 minutes before bedtime. If you don’t have a diffuser, you can add a drop or two onto your pillow. (Please test patch before use on silk and linen).

Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender)

Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang)

Vetiveria zizanioides (Vetiver)

Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood)

 Juniperus communis (Juniper Berry)
