WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products have a shelf life of 6-24 months. For maximum shelf life, please keep products in a cool space out of direct heat and sunlight.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
We will offer a replacement or store credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email at beachwayaromatics@mail.com with any concerns about your purchase.
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at beachwayaromatics@mail.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
